HOOKAH RENTAL POLICY

AN ELITE HOOKAH EXPERIENCE

SERVICE AT A RESIDENCE:

     BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:​

  • All attendees/ purchasers must be 21 or older. 

  • ID will be required, and must match the purchaser's ID for all purchases and services.

  • ID may be required based on discretion.

  • The total cost of Hookah catering packages or hookah rentals will be determined by the quantity of Hookahs or Packages ordered, plus any applicable deposit.

Service Time:

The “Minimum Charge” of $190 entitles you to 3 hours of service time (in addition to setup/breakdown time). If more than 3 hours of service time is needed or if your event will exceed the agreed-upon time, prior arrangements must be made, and HOOKAH 4 U may apply additional hourly surcharges. Any changes to your order quantities may also affect your service time.

TRAVEL FEE & LODGING:

If you reside outside of Miami , or Orlando (Temba) a travel fee will apply based on distance.

LODGING: In some instances, lodging may also apply and will be based on distance; fees may vary.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

We will text or email the Hookah 4U Rental, LLC Policy, Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Fees, Release of Liability User Agreement after you book our services. Please sign electronically or print and email the agreement prior your event to

You are responsible for how all of our products affect your health as well as how the products you decide to use affect your health.

VENUE PERMISSION:

In order for Hookah 4U Rentals to provide services, the client must have permission from the venue.

RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT

A one-time refundable security deposit fee is required regarding hookah rentals for incidental purposes. This will be collected upon our arrival the day of the event. Deposit fees may vary based on the hookah rental package desired.

The security deposit fee will be refunded upon receipt of hookah device contingent device is in the same condition issued. If hookah or hookah equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost, you forfeit your entire security deposit. We do sell tobacco and non-tobacco products (herbal flavor) with all of our packages. You are allowed to use your own tobacco and coals in our hookah devices. However, you are responsible for how all of our products affect your health as well as how the products you decide to use affect your health.

Adding any other substance in our hookah devices is not allowed and will constitute as damaging our hookah devices. As a result, you will lose your entire deposit.Please Note: Our devices will be tested upon pick-up.

CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULE | REFUND

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR SERVICES ALREADY

PERFORMED.

Cancellations and refunds:

Refunds are only granted for non-discounted bookings.

You must cancel 14 days* prior to your event to receive a refund minus any processing fees, Insurance, travel, lodging, or gratuity fees which may vary.

If you do not cancel within this time frame you forfeit 50% of the amount paid minus any processing fees, Insurance, travel, lodging, or gratuity fees which may vary.

DISCOUNTED BOOKINGS:

Services that are purchased via discounted price or special promotions are final sale.

Refunds are NOT applicable in this instance.

We only offer rescheduling of the event date if available. If we are not available the rescheduled date requested, you are welcome to choose a different date that we are available up to 1 year in advance.

VENUE DOESN'T ALLOW SMOKING:

We recommend you confirm with venues prior to booking to prevent loss of payment or fees. In addition, we will not be liable if the venue denies our services on their premises upon our arrival for any reason. Refunds are NOT applicable in this instance with the exception of canceling 14 days in advance in which you will receive a refund minus any processing fees, Insurance, travel, lodging, or gratuity fees which may vary.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather we accept rescheduling of the event date or the location. However, If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 1 day prior to your event, you forfeit 50% of the amount paid minus any processing fees, Insurance, travel, lodging, or gratuity fees which may vary.

If we are not available the rescheduled date requested, you are welcome to choose a different date that we are available up to 1 year in advance.

CANCELLATION / REFUND PROCESS:

REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR SERVICES ALREADY PERFORMED.

If you qualify for a refund minus any fees or would like to reschedule or cancel. Please send an email to : noufali@hookah4u.online

We will confirm your cancellation and begin the refund or the rescheduling process.

If applicable, you will receive a refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

This can usually take up to 7-10 business days.

If applicable, your refund will be applied to the same payment method used for the original transaction minus any processing fees, Insurance, travel, lodging, or gratuity fees which may vary. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us at:
